Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Texas. Experience delivering OT services in school, healthcare, and/or home health settings. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and learning environments. Organizational skills for case management and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in groups. Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP/504 goals. Engage in assessment, documentation, and progress monitoring. Participate in virtual or in-person meetings, as required. Contribute to strategies that promote student independence and participation within the educational setting. Adjust to caseload requirements as they become available.
