Position:
Come work at the largest inpatient rehab system in the country on a large interdisciplinary team of 5+ Physical Therapists, 5+ Physical Therapy Assistants, 5+ Occupational Therapists, and 2 Speech Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 90% return to home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care, and they are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists Inpatient Rehab experience preferred Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture Excellent communication skills across all levels Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers Collaborative, team-building personality style Servant leader mindset
