Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE) Previous experience in a school setting preferred Proficient communication and documentation skills Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload Commitment to collaborative practice with teachers, support staff, and families

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students, with a caseload of approximately 4560 based on service minutes Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with each students needs and IEP goals Participate in ARD/IEP meetings, providing input on goal setting and progress Collaborate closely with educational staff and parents to promote student success Maintain thorough records and reports consistent with district and state requirements Utilize evidence-based interventions to support student engagement and participation in school routines Contribute to an inclusive learning environment for students across K12

Position Details:
