(OT) - 1099 CONTRACTOR DFW, TX Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact ? BrightStar Care is seeking a dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist (1099 Independent Contractor) to provide exceptional care to clients in their homes and facilities throughout the DFW area . WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team Assess homes for safety and fall risks Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies Provide hands-on interventions to promote independence Educate clients, families, and caregivers Complete evaluations, progress notes, and discharge documentation Communicate changes in client condition with the DON and physicians ✅
WHAT YOU BRING
Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program Completion of required fieldwork Current Texas OT license 2+ years of OT experience preferred Strong documentation and communication skills Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and exceptional patient care
IMPORTANT
1099 CONTRACT
POSITION
This is a 1099 independent contractor position , not a W-2 employee position. PRN visits are offered based on client needs and your availability.
