Occupational Therapist Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent opportunity Days; Monday-Friday New Graduates are welcome to apply! Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to identify patients' functional limitations, strengths, and rehabilitation needs in an inpatient setting. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving ADLs, mobility, cognition, safety, and overall independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to support safe discharge planning, patient education, and continuity of care.
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
