Key Qualifications:

Current Texas OT license required Prior experience in a school-based OT role preferred Solid understanding of evaluation and treatment planning for diverse student needs Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and support a range of age groups (to be determined)

What You'll Do:

Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs Deliver direct therapeutic services to students as outlined in their IEPs Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to foster a supportive environment Maintain accurate records of student progress and document all services provided Participate in meetings and contribute to comprehensive student support teams Uphold best practices in occupational therapy within an educational framework
