Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist who shares our passion for helping children and families thrive. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, skilled, and committed to delivering individualized, play-based therapy in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, child-centered occupational therapy services to a pediatric population Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress Collaborate with families to provide training, education, and support Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including speech-language pathologists and other professionals Maintain a manageable caseload focused on meaningful outcomes rather than productivity quotas

Qualifications:

Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current NBCOT certification Active (or eligible for) Texas OT licensure Experience with pediatrics preferred, but new grads with strong clinical experience are welcome to apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children and their families in a collaborative setting
