Full Job Description Responsibilities:

OT

• Evaluate, treat and create individualized treatment plans.
• Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices to enhance their independence
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, speech therapists, physical therapists etc. to provide comprehensive care
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document patient evaluations, progress, notes and discharge summaries accurately and timely
• Educate patients and their families on strategies for managing daily activities and promoting overall well-being
• Passion and drive to provide quality care to the patients
