Job Description

Job Overview $10k sign-on bonus for full time employees! As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals of all ages regain or develop the skills needed for daily living and working. You will work with patients to improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through therapeutic interventions. Duties
  • Assess patients' physical, mental, and emotional capabilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address specific needs
  • Implement therapeutic activities to improve motor function and reasoning abilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide guidance and support to patients' families
  • Maintain detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes Experience
  • Experience in acute care is beneficial
  • Knowledge of physiology and anatomy is essential
  • Experience working with people with disabilities is advantageous
  • Familiarity with critical care environments is a plus This role requires a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills who is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those in need.
