Job Description

We are a therapy contract services provider and work with many home health agencies in Utah with 20 years in the industry. We can provide full-time or part-time depending on therapist's need. Home health requires someone who is flexible and able to self-manage, and coordinate well with different teams. No previous home health experience needed. Will provide training and support as needed remotely. Have OT jobs available in Utah, Salt Lake, Weber and Davis counties.
