Qualifications and Experience:

Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state Background in school-based OT, with additional experience in home health, healthcare, or teletherapy preferred Ability to adapt therapy techniques for a range of learning environments and individual needs Exceptional communication and report writing skills Strong organizational abilities for documentation and tracking progress Dedication to ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations and gather relevant details to design personalized treatment plans Provide direct intervention and consultative services in various settings—onsite and remotely Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student participation in school activities Adjust therapy techniques based on ongoing student progress and feedback Deliver comprehensive documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team consultations
