Full-Time Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) Prospect Homecare Agency | Northern Virginia Prospect Homecare Agency is seeking a full-time Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled therapist who is committed to providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. Position Responsibilities Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes. Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, reassessments, and OASIS-related documentation as required. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' independence with activities of daily living, mobility, safety, and functional skills. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and within agency timeframes. Participate in care coordination, case conferences, and other required clinical meetings. Provide supervisory visits and other skilled services as assigned. Maintain compliance with Medicare, CMS, state, and agency requirements. Maintain professional standards and demonstrate strong clinical judgment in the home health setting. Full-Time Expectations Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain a caseload consistent with 30 points per week .

0 points PTO, company holidays, case conferences, training, and required company meetings are paid hourly. Coverage Area The full-time caseload primarily covers: Manassas, Bristow, Haymarket, Nokesville, and Woodbridge , with occasional coverage in Fredericksburg as needed. Qualifications Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license in good standing. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate auto insurance. Home health experience preferred but not required. OASIS experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage a home-based caseload. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
