Key Qualifications:

Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Masters degree in Occupational Therapy required Previous pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred Comfortable supporting a diverse student population with varying needs Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students ages pre-K through high school Develop individualized treatment plans and targeted goals in coordination with educators, other providers, and families Complete thorough assessments, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely manner Offer consultative support and resources to teachers and caregivers, promoting strategies for classroom participation and student independence Engage in IEP meetings and maintain active communication with staff and families
