Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Passion for supporting childrens academic and personal success Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with the school team Open to travel professionals ready for their next adventure
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students speech, language, voice, and fluency Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students unique needs Deliver direct therapy services and monitor progress in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Provide input for eligibility and progress meetings Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all federal, state, and program requirements Advocate for the communication needs of students within the school community
