Key Qualifications:

Current Occupational Therapy license Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (required) Experience in pediatric or school-based OT preferred Familiarity with individualized education program (IEP) development Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively with diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess students functional abilities and needs Develop and implement customized OT interventions aligned with educational goals Participate in IEP meetings and provide documentation for student progress Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group formats Educate staff and families on strategies to enhance student participation and success Maintain accurate records and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines
