Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Explore an incredible opportunity to provide impactful occupational therapy services across four buildings in a district-wide role. This full-time contract position supports K-12 students in a collaborative, education-focused environment located near Windsor, VT. You'll have the chance to work closely with staff, students, and families throughout the entire academic year, helping to foster student development in multiple areas.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Vermont Occupational Therapy certificate is required Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred Ability to work with students across all grade levels, K-12 Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Flexibility to adapt to multiple buildings and diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for students in grades K-12 Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding strategies and accommodations to improve student outcomes Travel between four district buildings as needed to meet caseload demands Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all district and state requirements Contribute to
RTI/MTSS
teams and support broader district initiatives to encourage student success Enjoy a contract position that runs from August 26, 2026, through June 14, 2027, providing consistent hours (35-37.5 per week) and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of students.
