This full-time or part-time position offers flexible scheduling, annual compensation of $85,000-$120,000, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and additional bonus opportunities. You'll provide evidence-informed, play-based care in private treatment spaces while collaborating with a supportive team of OTs, SLPs, PTs, behavioral health providers, and therapy aides. With protected focus time, front desk scheduling support, CEU assistance, paid mentorship, and licensure reimbursement, you'll have the resources and flexibility to focus on your patients, grow professionally, and enjoy a healthier work-life balance. What You'll Do:
