- We are seeking a skilled and compassionate
- Occupational Therapist
- to join CHI Franciscan Home Health team. The OT will provide skilled therapy services to patients in their home evaluating the patients abilities and needs, setting goals and developing a plan to help the patient achieve independence, improve their quality of life and prevent potential health-related problems.

- + Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to determine therapy needs.

Qualifications:
- + Bachelor's degree from an accredited school approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association + Active registered OT license in the state which you practice + Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification + One-year Occupational Therapy experience in a clinical setting. + Current Drivers License + Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations
