Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Valid state licensure as an OT or COTA (or eligibility to obtain) Experience working in school settings strongly preferred Familiarity with home health and teletherapy models a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and IEP goals Graduate degree or COTA certification from an accredited program

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate student needs and develop evidence-based treatment plans Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize learning environments Document interventions, progress, and compliance with regulatory standards Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and related team activities Deliver services both in-person and via telehealth as required
