Qualifications:
Active Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) License ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric therapy is welcomed
Responsibilities:
Deliver school-based OT services for elementary-aged students Manage a caseload of 42 students, ensuring individualized support and documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams on intervention planning Develop and implement treatment plans that foster functional independence in students Maintain thorough and timely progress reports
