AB Staffing Solutions is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTRs) for multiple school-based openings with Kent School District for the 2026-2027 school year . With 12 total openings across elementary, middle, and high schools, this is an excellent opportunity whether you're an experienced school OT or looking to transition into pediatrics. Pay & Schedule Up to $66/hour Up to $2,310 gross per week Monday-Friday schedule No nights or weekends School holidays and breaks off Full-time contract Assignment Dates Most positions: August 24, 2026 - June 18, 2027 One mid-year opening: January 4, 2027 - June 18, 2027 What You'll Do Evaluate students with fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional needs Develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy and consultation services Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Assist with IEP implementation and documentation Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications Maintain accurate, compliant documentation Qualifications Active Washington State Occupational Therapist License NBCOT (OTR) Certification Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Preferred Experience School-based or pediatric experience Knowledge of IEPs and educational settings Experience with sensory integration and assistive technology Strong communication and collaboration skills Why School-Based OT?
