8/26/2026 Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in a school-based setting. This role is responsible for evaluating student needs, developing individualized therapy plans, and providing services that enhance students' ability to participate fully in educational activities. The ideal candidate is committed to helping students build the skills necessary for academic success, independence, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to assess student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the educational team Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and outcomes Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Ensure compliance with all applicable state, district, and professional standards Minimum Qualifications Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice (required) Minimum of one (1) year of professional OT experience (preferred) Strong understanding of school-based therapy practices and IEP processes Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment Must comply with all relevant professional standards of practice Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Additional Requirements (if applicable) Current CPR certification TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray) Current health certificate (per state or contract requirements) Why Join Us?
