Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract A rewarding contract opportunity awaits skilled Occupational Therapists passionate about making a difference in the lives of elementary students. This full-time, in-person role spans from ASAP through June 11, 2027, working within schools close to the scenic areas near Lake Stevens and surrounding communities. Engage in meaningful support, helping students achieve success across various learning environments.
Key Qualifications:
Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Washington Previous experience in school-based OT settings, particularly with an elementary caseload, strongly preferred Solid understanding of IEP processes and implementation Strong communication and collaboration skills, working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Adaptability for working across multiple school locations is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group occupational therapy to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct assessments and contribute to the development and review of IEPs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote best practices in student development Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school district and state guidelines Support positive learning outcomes through sensory, fine-motor, and life-skill interventions Experience the benefits of a fulfilling school schedule, complemented by weekly pay.
