Lake Stevens Charitable Thrift is looking for a dependable, task-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment! Our ideal candidate takes initiative, enjoys working with people, and has an eye for finding treasures in donated items. This is a hands-on position where no two days are exactly alike! What You'll Do Sort, inspect, and organize donations, identifying items suitable for sale. Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and inviting. Assist customers with a friendly, helpful, and customer-focused attitude. Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately. Stay productive and manage daily tasks as priorities change. Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly.
