This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys mentoring others, shaping clinical programs, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture while maintaining a clinical caseload. The Lead OT will play an important role in supporting the growth of our OT team while working alongside Speech-Language Pathologists and other professionals to provide comprehensive, client-centered care. At MMG, therapists are able to focus on what matters most — therapy and clinical care .
