Job Description

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and utilize your expertise in a variety of OT environments—including in-person, home health, teletherapy, and school-based settings—to help students achieve their fullest potential.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Experience delivering OT services in K-12 schools preferred Background in home health or teletherapy OT a strong asset Knowledge of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt interventions to multiple learning environments Familiarity with assessment tools and progress monitoring for pediatric populations
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, and deliver direct interventions to students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals Provide OT services in a variety of settings—including in-person, home health, and via teletherapy as needed Document progress and maintain compliance with school and regulatory requirements Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to foster student independence and participation Imagine a role where every day brings the opportunity to help children grow, learn, and engage more fully in their education and daily lives.
