Summary:

• Evaluate clients using formal and informal assessment tools.
• Develop and implement goals.
• Provide high quality outpatient therapy and documentation of services for a predominately pediatric population with a wide range of diagnosis.
• Provide family education and support.
• Collaborate with our amazing OT and SLP staff.
• Write evaluation reports and session notes in a timely fashion in our EMR software (WebPT
• will train).
