Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items such as wines, spirits, cocktails, or specialty dishes to enhance the guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting service stations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, beverage mixing (including cocktail service), and food handling as needed Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, especially in fine dining environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances your ability to upsell and elevate guest experiences Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is essential Prior host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus but not required; a passion for hospitality is key Embark on a rewarding journey in the food industry where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit memorable.
