Job Description

Overview At Elements Massage® Richland, we help people move better, feel better, and live better. We're looking for a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, supportive, wellness-focused studio environment. This is a great opportunity for movement professionals who enjoy one-on-one client care, value consistency over chaos, and want to build meaningful relationships, without sales pressure or clinical documentation.
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$23-$27 per hour

Part-Time (approx. 20 hours per week) What You'll Do Deliver assisted stretch sessions using Elements approved protocols Create a welcoming client experience Use proper body mechanics to ensure client safety and comfort Check in with clients on comfort and movement tolerance Educate clients on stretch benefits, visit frequency, and at-home care Keep accurate, non-clinical session notes Maintain a clean, welcoming treatment space What We're Looking For Candidates must have one or more of the following: Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA) Kinesiology / Exercise Science degree or coursework Athletic Trainer (AT/ATC) Yoga or Pilates instructor certification Additionally, you should have: Background in fitness, movement coaching, or athletics Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Willingness to complete our Assisted Stretch Training Program Physical Requirements Stand, move, bend, and reach throughout scheduled shifts Assist clients on and off stretch tables or mats Lift, push, or pull up to approximately 25-50 lbs Comfortable with close, hands-on client contact Why You'll Love Working at Elements Massage Richland Competitive pay with incentive opportunities Paid training and ongoing education Consistent, session-based work Supportive, wellness-driven studio environment Opportunity to grow with a trusted national brand Legal Disclaimer ©2026 Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC ("ETM").
