Job Description

50 Stars Staffing is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Shelton, WA . The ideal candidate will provide occupational therapy services to students with a variety of physical, developmental, sensory, and fine motor needs, helping them achieve success in the educational setting. Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students. Develop, implement, and monitor therapy goals as part of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs. Recommend adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations as needed. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Ensure compliance with IDEA, Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) regulations, and district policies. Qualifications Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Washington Occupational Therapist License. Previous school-based experience preferred.
