What You'll Do As an Occupational Therapist at Lighthouse, you'll: Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions based on each patient's goals Help patients improve function and return to the activities that matter most to them Educate patients and families on strategies, exercises, and home programs Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team Monitor outcomes and modify treatment plans as patients progress Build meaningful relationships with patients and provide an exceptional patient experience Help us continue developing and growing occupational therapy services at Lighthouse What We're Looking For Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Washington Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Desire to continue learning and developing professionally Team-first mentality Interest in building a long-term career and helping grow a developing OT program New graduates and experienced OTs are both encouraged to apply.
