Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active and valid Occupational Therapist licensure Experience in school-based OT roles is preferred Strong assessment, documentation, and intervention planning skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families Skilled in adapting strategies to meet diverse student needs Excellent communication and organization abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' needs and develop customized treatment plans Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups Work closely with educators and special education teams to integrate OT strategies into classrooms Consult with families and share progress, resources, and recommendations Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with school and legal requirements Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed Promote students independence and participation in daily school activities This position offers a rewarding opportunity for OTs who are passionate about supporting students in reaching their fullest potential.
