DOOR-TO-DOOR MARKETING MANAGER

Evergreen Transformations LLC | Vancouver, WA $50,000-$100,000+ PER YEAR Evergreen Transformations is growing fast, and we're looking for a high-energy Door-to-Door Marketing Manager to lead, develop, and grow our canvassing team. This is a hands-on leadership position. We want someone who knows how to create energy, hold people accountable, develop new canvassers, and drive consistent appointment production.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and manage our door-to-door marketing team Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new canvassers Run daily meetings, role-playing, and objection training Set territories and organize daily field operations Track appointments, pitch rates, attendance, and individual performance Coach struggling reps and develop top performers Create a competitive, positive, high-accountability culture Work directly with ownership and our sales team Help build and scale the department as the company grows

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Door-to-door sales or canvassing experience Previous leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication and coaching ability Competitive and results-driven Organized and comfortable tracking KPIs Able to hold a team accountable Reliable, professional, and consistent Comfortable working in the field with the team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Home-improvement D2D experience is strongly preferred. Experience in roofing, windows, siding, solar, pest control, security, telecommunications, or similar D2D industries is a major plus.

COMPENSATION

$50,000-$100,000+ annual earning potential Compensation includes a combination of: Base pay Production-based commissions Performance bonuses Management incentives Advancement opportunities The more your team produces, the more you earn.
