9662106-53534 Job Description Embark on a rewarding contract role providing occupational therapy services to students in a supportive school setting just outside of Edgerton, WI. This opportunity offers flexibility with both full or part-time options, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 1st. You'll work with a diverse elementary caseload, with a possibility of servicing some middle school students as well. Your impact will extend across two nearby school sites, supporting a total caseload of approximately 40 students. As part of a collaborative team, you'll help students reach their fullest potential through individualized and group interventions.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid state licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, educators, and families Ability to manage a diverse caseload and travel between two sites as needed Creative, flexible approach to providing OT services designed for educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students to identify strengths and needs regarding fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive skills Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services within classroom and small group settings Monitor progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, fellow therapists, and support staff to ensure consistency and quality in student care Step into a dynamic, friendly environment that values the support only skilled OTs can provide.
