e2135-53703 Job Description Step into a rewarding full-time position where your expertise as a pediatric occupational therapist will support students success in an engaging educational environment near Madison, WI. This long-term, on-site opportunity is open to travel professionals passionate about making a difference in school-based settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active and current license in Occupational Therapy Masters degree in Occupational Therapy required Experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred Solid understanding of sensory integration, fine motor, and functional life skills interventions for children Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators, parents, and related service providers Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs of students across age ranges
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students, assessing and addressing needs to help them succeed in their academic environment Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each students unique requirements Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines and support individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations Deliver both direct and consultative services, engaging with teachers and families to maximize student progress Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to ensure best practices Enjoy a supportive work setting with a robust benefits packageincluding health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k), and competitive weekly pay.
