Working with schools near Middleton, WI, youll play a central role in supporting pediatric populations, helping students achieve their greatest potential through tailored therapeutic interventions. This on-site position is ideal for professionals passionate about school-based therapy and equally open to those ready for new experiences as a travel OT. What you'll bring: Current OT license required Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (must-have) Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families Ability to develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans to support students diverse needs Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for children of all backgrounds Key responsibilities: Conduct assessments to determine students unique occupational therapy needs Deliver direct and consultative services as outlined in IEPs and 504 Plans Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student success Document progress, update goals, and contribute valuable input during IEP meetings Promote the highest level of student independence and participation within the educational setting Remain current with best practices and continue professional development in pediatric OT Youll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k), and competitive weekly pay.
