Youll collaborate within a nurturing school community to provide essential services for children in Early Childhood, 4K, and Elementary levels, managing a manageable and focused caseload of 32 students24 direct and 8 on a consultative basis.
Qualifications:
Valid and active WI OT or COTA license Experience or strong interest in working with Early Childhood through Elementary-aged children A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills Ability to manage direct therapy and consultative caseload efficiently Dedication to supporting students functional independence and academic success
Primary Responsibilities:
