Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Wisconsin OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Prior experience in school-based settings highly preferred Familiarity with IEP process and documentation Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, staff, and families Flexibility, creativity, and adaptability in varied educational environments

What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct evaluations to assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans Provide direct OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to integrate strategies and supports into the classroom Monitor student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings Offer consultation and training for staff and families, promoting effective strategies across settings Foster a positive, encouraging environment that helps students build confidence and independence
