What youll bring:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the State of Wisconsin Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Comfort working with students across a wide range of ages and abilities (K-12) Key responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students Implement OT interventions designed to support academic and functional success Collaborate regularly with teachers, aides, and family members to maximize student outcomes Document progress and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines Offer support and guidance to staff regarding classroom modifications and accommodations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative goal setting This contract role begins August 13, 2026, and continues through May 28, 2027. Youll work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, engaging with a diverse student population and making a tangible impact each day.
