Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy is required Current Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain) Experience working within schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred Proficient in IEP processes, documentation, and school collaboration Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, supporting fine motor, sensory, behavioral, and adaptive skill development Evaluate students to develop customized treatment plans according to IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to optimize classroom participation and student success Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards Educate staff and families on strategies to foster student independence and classroom participation
