Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required Active state licensure for

SLP ASHA

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Demonstrated experience or strong interest in pediatric settings Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student needs Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for students with communication and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families Track student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with school and state regulations Offer guidance and support to teachers and parents on strategies to facilitate student growth Participate in meetings and professional development as part of a dedicated school-based team
