Desired Skills & Experience:

Active Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin Recent experience within a school environment strongly preferred Ability to manage a caseload of up to 35 students Confident in providing OT services for students with a range of needs Skilled in attending and contributing to IEP meetings, including completion of evaluation portions Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Adaptability to work across multiple school sites throughout the week

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapeutic interventions tailored to individual student goals Evaluate student abilities and develop treatment plans in line with IEP requirements Complete necessary assessments, track progress, and maintain timely documentation Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with educators, support staff, and families Travel between three assigned schools, ensuring consistent, high-quality care across sites
