- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services to improve function and independence
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and adaptive equipment
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation professionals
- Supervise therapy assistants, students, and support personnel
- Assist with discharge planning and community resource recommendations

- Degree from an Occupational Therapy Program, required Licenses/Certifications
- Current Occupational Therapy License as required by the state of practice
- National Board Certification for Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within time frame specified in facility policy Experience
- 1 year preferred
Qualifications:
