Job Description

Job Summary:
Kids for the Future, Rogers /KidsCorp are seeking Therapists to serve children at our Early Intervention Day Treatment Centers. This position can be employee or contract based. We are growing in all three clinics . Part Time, Full Time and Contract positions are available. A full-time hourly employee based position includes Free childcare for up to two children. A contact hour therapist receives a large discount if worked contact hours are 30 contact hours or above .

Job Qualifications:
Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy for OTR/L or PT , Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology for SLP. Associates Degree required for
PTA,COTA/L
Active and In Good Standing License and Medicaid status within Arkansas Active NBCOT Certification (OT, COTA), Active ASHA for SLP Passed Background checks and drug testing required. This is a safety sensitive position.
Job Functions:
Administer and interpret various pediatric evaluations /treatments to identify/treat delays within whole-body/multi-system functions (PT,OT,SLP) Develop/Implement a treatment plan for patients with specific, individualized goals to improve independence within all areas of functioning Provide skilled therapeutic interventions for children in order to facilitate a more functional, independently, playful childhood Assess patients' progress against goals and prepare requested reports for families, healthcare providers, and insurance agencies as needed.
