October (Observation/Shadowing) | Full Coverage begins November About the Opportunity Four Peaks Therapy is seeking a passionate, dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) to provide maternity leave coverage beginning in November . To ensure a seamless transition and build trust with our kiddos and families, we offer paid observation/shadowing hours prior to leave starting so you can co-treat and get to know the caseload alongside the current treating therapist. Looking for long-term stability? This role is designed with staying power! Following the maternity leave coverage, this position can transition into a permanent role , with dedicated administrative support to expand and tailor your caseload to your ideal schedule.

Position Details & Schedule Current Caseload:

Approximately 17 hours per week

Clinic-Based:

3 hours/week

Home Health:

14 hours/week (East Valley / local coverage)

Compensation:

Home Health Visits:

Starting at $60/hour (higher rates available depending on travel/ZIP code)

Clinic Sessions:

Starting at $40/hour

Shadowing & Observation:
