After School/Weekend (Sun & Mon) Homework Assistant for twice exceptional youth with ASD.

$27.00 per hour

Location:

Korea Town (Los Angeles) This is a W2 income position using a payroll company which requires a live scan and onboarding paperwork. Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US. We are in search of an Sunday afternoon school aide. 2-3 hours Sunday afternoon time to be arranged & after school Monday 5-7pm. This is direct 1:1 care in home with the youth. A Caregiver who also is currently a school aide is ideal. Education background, enthusiastic, patient & compassionate are ideal in assisting the client with math & writing homework. A PLUS if they have a musical background!

Requirements:

The candidate will have experience working with children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), demonstrating a commitment to enhancing their quality of life through engagement, enthusiastic, patient and compassionate. College degree (BA) a plus, an experience as a current school aide or TA is required as we want to ensure that our client receives the assistance & dedication to fit their needs.
