Rehabilitation Specialist - Oxnard Clubhouse Calling all Mental Health Professionals! Come and join a wonderful team of caring professional individuals who want to make a difference! Our mission is to provide housing, rehabilitation, recovery and support services to adults affected by mental illness to help them overcome barriers and reach their highest potential as contributing members of the community.

Rehabilitation Specialist -Temporary Position Job Class:
Client Services Reports to:Program Manager Salary:
22.50 - 25.50 per hour Position Summary Accountable for the implementation and delivery of high-quality psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to a caseload of severely and persistently mentally ill adults. Assures timely completion of all required documentation for caseload. Ensures communication with collateral agencies and providers. Participates in case review, supervision, all staff and other meetings as required. We also hire Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs) and Associate Social Workers (ASWs). We can provide supervision, and you can gain hours towards licensure.Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or 4 years' experience
- Experience in recovery and/or rehabilitation and the ability to articulate our core values Valid California Driver's License Basic Life Support certification (can be earned after hire on site)
- HHS/OIG cleared (must be able to pass background check)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field and 2 years related experience
- Bilingual Bonus
- Knowledge of community resources and other systems useful to mental health consumers
Salary & Benefits:
Hourly Rate:
$22.50 - $25.50- Bilingual bonus available
