Contract:
13 weeksShift:
Day /Eve- flexible (Mostly Days)
Duties:
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents Communicate effectively with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standardsRequirements:
Active OTA License SNF Experience Preferred (Mentorship Available for Those with 0-1 Year Experience) Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills Flexible and Collaborative Mindset Preference for Sunday- Thursday or Tuesday
Saturday Schedule Pay:
$1,750.00- $1,950.
