2 Description American Traveler is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a flexible schedule travel position at a large skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA, with mentorship available for those with limited experience. Details Large skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Monterey County, CA Serves both short-term and long-term resident populations Flex schedule: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday 13-week contract Documents using Net Health EMR Requirements Active CA OTA license required if applicable
BLS/BCLS
certification required SNF experience preferred; mentorship available for candidates with 0-1 year of experience Strong documentation and time-management skills Ability to work a flexible schedule (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday) Additional Information Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver patient-centered, functionally focused care Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and applicable regulatory standards Complete clinical documentation in Net Health per facility standards Collaborative and adaptable mindset is highly valued in this role
