- Physical Therapy Aide or COTA for Rehab Unit
- Discharge planner.
What You'll Do:
- You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, and oversee the implementation of care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
